1. Field Training: The first step in the management training program is field training. During field training, you will learn skills that are invaluable and essential in every business. These skills include strengthened communications, a strong work ethic, and interaction with customers, public speaking and overcoming objections.
2. Team Leader: Once you have completed your field training, you’re ready to take on a leadership role. During this phase, you’ll learn relationship building techniques, how to teach others sales and leadership skill sets and to effectively manage a top producing sales team.
3. Assistant Manager: Now that you have become a successful team leader, your skills will be utilized more within the office. You’ll learn to handle phone calls, interview candidates, process payroll and run the day-to-day operations of a busy office. This training is essential to a management position.
4. Manager: The training process concludes when Assistant Managers prove they have developed the business acumen necessary to be successful in running their own sales office. All of the skills learned during your first three phases of training will be put to the test as you are promoted into management, of your own independent sales office.
